Mayor's Nights

“Mayor’s Nights” is Kansas City’s destination for youth and young adults this summer! The City’s Mayor’s Office, in partnership with the Parks and Recreation Department and Hot 103 Jamz radio station, has developed four unique and fun programs geared toward youth.


Club KC		Night Hoops		Night Kicks		Night Nets

Club KC is the place to be on Friday and Saturday nights in Kansas City! Club KC is open to teens ages 12-18 and is located at various community centers. Stop by and enjoy 3-on-3 basketball games, swimming parties, video game competitions, a live DJ, dancing, refreshments and more. Club KC is a great way to meet new people and hang out. Night Hoops not only helps youth ages 10-25 brush up on their basketball skills during the summer, but it also teaches participants important youth development, job training and self-esteem building skills. Now in its 20th year, Night Hoops will develop its youth into stronger basketball players and more responsible young adults. Learn more.

Night Kicks is the City’s summer youth soccer league. Games will be played every Friday night in the new 9th and Van Brunt Soccer Complex for six weeks, starting June 29. Teams must register and include a 10 player roster with names and ages to validate entry into the soccer league.
