The City of Kansas City, Mo., Public Works Department closed N.E. 96th Street, between Interstate 435 and Reinking Road, on May 10. The closure was made because stormwater had washed supports out from under a bridge on N.E. 96th Street. The street is expected to reopen by May 14. More
