City suspends liquor license of Smuggler’s Inn and tobacco license of Royal Liquors for violations involving minors Friday, February 21, 2014
The City of Kansas City, Mo., Regulated Industries Division and the managing officer of Smuggler’s Inn have agreed to a three-day suspension of the inn’s liquor license. Smuggler’s Inn is a restaurant and bar located at 1650 Universal Plaza Drive.
