City suspends liquor license of Royal Foods for two days
The City of Kansas City, Mo., Regulated Industries Division of the Neighborhood and Community Services Department and Royal Foods, a convenience store, have agreed to a two-day suspension of the liquor license. Royal Foods is located at 4502 E 24th St.
The suspension will begin July 25 at 9 a.m. and end July 27 at 1:30 a.m. The suspension is the result of employees selling alcoholic beverages to minors, which is a city ordinance violation. During the suspension, the business will be closed.
As a condition of the suspension, the managing officer of Royal Foods has agreed to provide education, training and instruction to their employees about City ordinances.
For more information about this suspension, call David Park, Acting Director of the Neighborhood and Community Services Department, at 816-513-3231.
