Household Hazardous Waste Facility closed May 29 through June 1
The City of Kansas City, Mo., Household Hazardous Waste Facility will be closed Saturday, May 29 through Tuesday, June 1 in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.
Residents are reminded that appointments are needed to drop-off items at the Household Hazardous Waste Facility.
Appointments can be made by calling 816-513-8400 between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday. Regular hours for appointments are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. Drop-off appointments can be made for Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Regular swap and shop hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
