Regulated Industries, a division of the Neighborhood and Community Services Department, recently updated its Web page to include public notices and a complaint and comment link. The site’s new complaint and comment link will provide an easily accessible way for citizens and neighborhood groups to express their concerns about pending or existing license holders. These additions were made as part of the City’s ongoing efforts to improve e-communication and e-commence.

“We’re very please to be able to offer this service to the community,” said Judy Hadley, manager of the Regulated Industries Division.

The Regulated Industries Division’s office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., and Wednesday from 10 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. The e-mail address for the division is
