Aim4Peace co-sponsors Easter Fun Festival at the Park

City of Kansas City, Mo., Aim4Peace Neighborhood Action Teams are partnering with All Christians Together Serving to host “Easter Fun Festival at the Park,” which is a violence prevention outreach initiative designed to encourage families and residents to come together to enjoy a day of activities and fun. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on April 11 at Montgall Park, 22nd Street and Agnes Avenue.

Local church groups, volunteers and anti-violence organizations are encouraged to join Aim4Peace and All Christians Together Serving in reducing violence and crime by bringing the community/families together in a fun and positive atmosphere. There will be live music, games, a 10,000-piece candy hunt, horse rides, moon walks and much more.

The Aim4Peace Movement to Stop the Shooting is an initiative of the City Manager’s Office.
