Xpressions fails probationary period
The City of Kansas City, Mo., Regulated Industries Division of the Neighborhood and Community Services Department, has announced that Xpressions, a tavern located at 220 Admiral Boulevard, has failed to successfully complete the required probationary period for new liquor license holders.
As required by City ordinance, all new liquor license holders are automatically placed on a probationary period for six months. Xpressions, whose liquor license was issued on Dec. 28, 2010, failed to successfully complete the probationary period as they have not maintained an orderly place within the community which has adversely impacted the character of the neighborhood.
Due to Xpressions failure to successfully complete the probationary period, they will be required to obtain consents from a majority of all eligible consenters in order to retain their liquor license.
For more information about these suspensions, call Gary Majors, Manager of Regulated Industries Division, at 816-784-9020.
