Fishing
Many of the lakes in Kansas City are stocked periodically by the Missouri Department of Conservation. For a complete list of the lakes stocked, call (816) 513-7500 or visit the Missouri Department of Conservation.  For up the latest information about the Fish Stocking program, please call the Fish Stock Hotline at (816) 655-6255 Ext. 401.

Ice Skating
All lakes are "Unsafe for Skating" unless posted otherwise. When ice thickness is four (4) inches or greater in depth, for a minimum of three (3) days, consideration can be given to posting a lake safe for skating. The following lake(s) are currently safe for skating:
