The superintendent of the Fire Communication-Operations Division primary responsibilities are to oversee dispatching operations, training , coordination and management of the emergency and non-emergency communication aspects of the Fire Communication Center and personnel.

The fleet maintenance administrator works closely with the equipment officer and helps determine repairs needed to apparatus. This administrator also performs minor repairs on apparatus.
